St Columban’s College is committed to the provision of high quality, inclusive and affordable Catholic education. Enrolment decisions are made by the Principal, taking into account the needs of each student and operating in accordance with the Enrolment Policy of Brisbane Catholic Education.
Applications for Enrolment may be lodged up to two years prior to possible commencement and can be submitted via an online process or by completing various paperwork. Details are outlined below for both procedures. Once applications are received, interviews are arranged for all applicants and are conducted by the College’s Senior Leadership Team which includes the Principal, Deputy Principal, and Assistant Principals of Middle Phase, Senior Phase, Religious Education and Wellbeing. The interview is held with both the prospective student and their parents/guardians and takes from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

If you would like further information about the way BCE or a school manages the personal information it holds, or wish to make a complaint that you believe that BCE or a school has breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact the College's Principal. BCE or the school will investigate any complaint and will notify you of a decision in relation to your complaint as soon as is practicable after it has been made.
